AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the client there had been an intruder on the premises. An all-round check was done and all found to be in order.

Housebreak In & Theft, Poyser Road, Tamboerskloof @ 04:46 on the 9th December 2017. Our monitoring centre received a burglar alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the client a laptop had been taken. The suspect had scaled a wall to the upper level and entered via an open window before fleeing through the back door. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Attempted Break In, Belle Ombre Road, Tamboerskloof @ 07:03 on the 9th December 2017. Our monitoring centre received a call from a client reporting that when arriving home the previous evening it was found that someone had tried to gain access to the premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the burglar bars on the left front window had been bent and the window tampered with. There was no need for SAPS as the client would report the incident.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. The front door was smashed open and a Lenovo laptop and Apple computer had been taken. The client stated that the burglar gate may not have been closed properly. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access had been gained via the front gate. It could not be established what had been taken. SAPS were in attendance.

Armed Robbery, Glencoe Avenue, Higgovale @ 04:16 on the 13th December 2017. Our monitoring centre received multiple panic alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a German tourist staying on the property had been held up at gun point by two intruders who took an I phone and some of his luggage before fleeing the scene. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.
