Housebreak In & Theft, Kloof Street, Gardens @ 06:22 on the 20^th September 2017. Our monitoring centre received a burglar alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a front check only due to renovations. The client was informed who requested the AR check the back. AR could only check the right hand side due to scaffolding blocking his way. The alarm was disarmed at 06:52 and armed at 06:54. At 09:16 an opening was received and the client called in at 09:56 stating the premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access had been gained via a front window which had been removed from its frame. An undisclosed amount of liquor was taken. SAPS were dispatched but failed to arrive.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. Access was gained via a front glass door which was smashed and goods to the value of R145 000 was taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.
