Common Theft, Hastings Street, Tamboerskloof @ 10:45 on the 2nd September 2017. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting someone had stolen a garden ornament from a premises as per the camera footage. The alarm had activated about two hours earlier and AR had done a front and both sides perimeter check due to high walls. The client was informed and patrols were requested. There was no need for SAPS and AR were asked to be on the look-out for a mesh wired sheep.

Theft, Chelsea Avenue, Vredehoek @ 12:10 on the 4th September 2017. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting that a baby pram had been stolen from a garage the previous evening and AR were requested to be on the lookout.

Housebreak In & Theft, Waterkant Street, Cape Town @12:23 on the 5th September 2017. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the front right side corner window had been smashed with a brick but no access was gained. As per the client the incident had occurred at about 04:00 the morning. No alarm signals were received. Suspects had not entered the premises. They had however pulled nine items of clothing to the value of R12 000.00 through the window. SAPS had already been in attendance.

Theft Out of Motor Vehicle, Rosmead Avenue, Oranjezicht @ 10:45 on the 7th September 2017. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting there had been an intruder on the premises during the course of the night as the front gate had been lifted from its hinges and an Audi which was parked on the premises had been ransacked.
