Common Theft, Vogelgezang Street, Zonnebloem @ 01:53 on the 6th May 2017. Our monitoring centre received multiple panic alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the on-site security officer, a male had jumped over the fence and entered one of the units via an open door. He then took a tenant's cell phone before fleeing the scene. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Cnr Aandbloem & Chelsea Avenue, Vredehoek @ 06:38 on the 10th May 2017. Our monitoring centre received multiple panic alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a unit had been burgled. The tenant confirmed a laptop and cell phone were taken. Access had been gained by climbing up to the balcony and entering via an unlocked glass sliding door.

Our monitoring centre received multiple panics from a premises AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per client the premises has been burgled as access was gained on the side of the building where a window had been removed. Nothing seemed to be taken and the client would report the incident to SAPS after viewing camera footage.

Trespassing, Cairnmount Avenue, Higgovale @ 09:48 on the 11th May 2017. Our monitoring centre received multiple panics from a premises. AR was dispatched. Client called in to report suspect wearing a blue jacket had jumped over the fence. AR reported while on route to the premises the suspect was apprehended in Molteno Road. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.

Theft Out of Motor Vehicle, Virginia Avenue, Vredehoek @ 19:03 on the 11th May 2017. Our monitoring centre received a report from the AR that while on patrol a suspect had been caught breaking into a blue VW Combie. It could not be established who the owner was. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.
