Housebreak In & Theft, Mill Street, Gardens @ 00:52 on the 18 February 2017. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. Suspects had smashed the front glass window and clothing to the value of R90 000.00 had been taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises was checked with the client and all was found to be in order. However, members of the public stated there had been two male intruders on the premises who had fled before the arrival of the client and AR.

Theft, Orange Street, Gardens @ 21:53 on the 20 February 2017. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported three males had entered the premises, sat down and ordered meals. After eating, they had then left without paying for it in a green Freelander before AR arrived. SAPS were informed.

Attempted Theft Out of Motor Vehicle / Assault, Firdale Avenue, Tamboerskloof @ 03:48 on the 21 February 2017. Our monitoring centre received a call from a public member reporting a fight in the street. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported two males were engaged in a struggle. One of the males was the owner of a vehicle. He had come across the other male trying to break into his vehicle. SAPS and Emergency Services were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody and the owner of the vehicle to hospital as he had been bitten in the neck.
