AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the handle and the bottom panel of a wooden door had been removed. It could not be established if entry had been gained as it seemed as if nothing had been taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the back window had been smashed but no access was gained. No alarm signals were received. As per client nothing had been taken.

Theft, Long Street, Cape Town @ 20:38 on the 29th January 2017. Our monitoring centre received multiple panics from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a male had walked into the shop and removed a cell phone from one of the staff lockers. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.

Armed Robbery, Lodge Road, Oranjezicht @ 23:44 on the 29th January 2017. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance as there was a robbery in progress. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported two males had been robbed at gun point of their cell phones and wallets. Suspects fled in a white vehicle. SAPS and Emergency Services were dispatched as the victims had sustained head injuries. They were then transported to hospital. SAPS also recovered the firearm used by the suspects.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled as the front glass door had been smashed. SAPS were at the premises but departed as no key holders were available to come out and a guard was posted.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. The front sliding door had not been locked and the inner glass door had been smashed. None of the key holders could be reached and a guard was placed at the premises.

Malicious Damage to Property, Sir Lowry Road, Woodstock @ 04:07 on the 3 February 2017. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the security officer on site, a vehicle had been broken into. The driver’s side window of a Volkswagen Polo had been smashed. It was not known who the vehicle belonged to or if anything had been taken.
