Trespassing, Upper Mill Street, Gardens @ 11:49 on the 12 February 2016. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting there had been an intruder on the premises and when spotted had fled off. A full description was given.  AR was dispatched and searched the area on route to client but no one was found. AR made contact with the client who confirmed it had been a previous employee who had been fired. There was no need for SAPS as the client would report the incident himself.

Housebreak In & Theft, Wilkinson Street, Gardens @ 22:44 on the 12 February 2016. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. Access had been gained by forcing the front gate and door open with a crow bar. Items taken were a flat screen television, laptop, jewellery and cell phone. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Attempted Housebreak In, Rocklands Avenue, Highlands Estate @ 17:29 on the 14 February 2016. Our monitoring centre received a burglar alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported there were force marks on the front door but no access had been gained and nothing had been taken.

Attempted Theft, Walmer Road, Woodstock @ 03:36 on the 16 February 2016. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm signal from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the client someone had tried to steal copper piping. The premises was checked and all was found to be in order. There was no need for SAPS.

Motor Vehicle Accident, Ludlow Road, Vredehoek @ 04:54 on the 18 February 2016. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting an accident. A black Ford Fiesta had crashed into the back of a stationary grey Volvo which was parked on the street. The driver of the Ford fled the scene. Emergency Services were dispatched for further investigation.

Assault, Loop Street, Cape Town @ 08:56 on the 18 February 2016. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported staff members were engaged in a physical fight. The previous day a complaint had been lodged against a staff member. When the client confronted the member an argument ensured which lead to the fight. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.
