Malicious Damage to Property, Cambridge Avenue, Tamboerskloof @ 09:07 on the 29th November 2015 our Monitoring Centre received multiple panics from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported SAPS were in attendance as a mentally disturbed male had damaged the household contents by resisting arrest. He was eventually subdued and taken to an institution.

Malicious Damage to Premises/Assault, Dunkley Square, Gardens @ 17:54 on the 30th November 2015 our Monitoring Centre received a call requesting assistance. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a mentally disturbed vagrant had harassed some patrons and damaged tables. He had scratched in the bins nearby and then exchanged expletives with the customers. AR was unable to restrain him and requested backup and SAPS as the vagrant was being assaulted. The vagrant had to be taken to Somerset Hospital for treatment due to the injuries sustained.

Housebreak In & Theft, Brunswick Road,Tamboersklof @ 15:20 on the 3 December 2015. Our Monitoring Centre received a call reporting the premises had been burgled. Access had been gained via an unlocked back door and the petty cash tin had been taken. There was no need for AR or SAPS. Client requested more visibility as there were unsavoury characters hanging around the area. Multiple alarm signals had been received on the 2nd December 2015 at 17:29. AR was dispatched and reported the back door was unlocked. The client could not be reached and there were no other key holders available. A voicemail message and an sms was sent informing the client.
