Housebreak In & Theft, Forest Hill Avenue, Oranjezicht @ 18:46 on the 18 January 2015. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting the premises had been burgled. No alarm signals had been received. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access had been gained via a wooden gate whereby two of the lower panels had been removed. The garage had been entered through an unlocked door and a pair of golf shoes and a tog bag were taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Common Theft, Vredehoek Avenue, Oranjezicht @ 14:49 on the 19 January 2015. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting that someone had jumped over the fence. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the suspect had fled the scene with a bicycle taken from the yard area. There was no need for SAPS as the incident would be reported by themselves.

Trespassing, Rugby Road, Oranjezicht @ 08:43 on the 21 January 2015. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance as there was an intruder on the premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the suspect was gone. Nothing had been taken. The suspect had run off in the direction of the mountain. The surrounding area was searched but no one was found.

Housebreaking and Theft, Buitengracht Street, Cape Town @ 23:44 on the 22 January 2015. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglary alarm signals from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival checked the front of the premises. As the alarm was still triggering the client was requested to come out. When the client arrived and the premises was checked, it was found that some of the panels in the garage door were removed and access was gained. It could not be determined which items had been taken. SAPS were dispacted for further investigation.
