AR was dispatched but could only do a front check due to high walls. A key holder was requested. It was then found that the premises had been burgled. A Samsung flat screen television had been taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In and Theft, Freezia Avenue, Devils Peak @ 06:16 on the 30 December 2014. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance as it was suspected the premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival confirmed the burglary. No alarm signals had been received. Access had been gained via the bathroom window. Items taken were an Apple Mac laptop, camera, jewelry, clothing, shoes and cash. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Theft, Higgo Crescent, Higgovale @ 08:22 on the 30 December 2014. Our monitoring centre received a burglary signal from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported he had made contact with a guest staying on the premises who informed him that an ID card, bank card and drivers licence had been taken. This had occurred sometime during the early hours of the morning. There were no signs of forced entry as the alarm had not been armed and the front door was open. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.
