Theft, Kensington Place, Higgovale @ 04:02 on the 10 May 2014. Our monitoring centre received multiple panic alarms from premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a guest's wallet containing $700.00 and credit cards had been taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Assault, Kensington Place, Higgovale @ 05:58 on the 10 May 2014. Our monitoring centre again received multiple panic alarms from premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival encounterd the suspect who had returned to the scene of the crime. A fight ensured when our officer tried to apprehend the suspect who then stabbed the officer before running off. SAPS and back up were dispatched and the area searched. The suspect was apprehended and taken into police custody.

Disturbance to the Peace, Kloof Street, Gardens @ 01:15 on the 11 May 2014. Our monitoring centre received multiple panic alarms from premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a fight was taking place outside the premises. SAPS were dispatched and the person responsible for initiating the fight was taken into police custody.

Shoplifting, Kloof Street, Gardens @ 17:35 on the 12 May 2014. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance as someone had been caught stealing. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a bottle of liquor to the value of R210.00 was taken. AR reported the store manager let the suspect go as SAPS took too long to arrive.

Housebreak In & Theft, Yeoville Road, Vredehoek @ 07:53 on the 14 May 2014. Our monitoring centre received a burglary alarm. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported client had activated the alarm as the premises had been burgled some time during the course of the night. As per the client, the alarm had been armed but in stay mode. Access was gained by forcing the main bedroom window open which had no burglar bars. Two Galaxy tablets worth R15 000.00 had been taken as well as an undisclosed amount of Euro coins. SAPS were  dispatched for further investigation.
