Housebreak & Theft, Myrtle Street, Gardens @ 09:57 on the 27 December 2013. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting the front door of the premises had been found unlocked. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported there were no signs of forced entry and some stock was missing. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Shoplifting, Kloof Street, Gardens @ 12:14 on the 29 December 2013. Our monitoring centre received a panic signal. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported owner had apprehended a suspect who had stolen airtime vouchers. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect taken into custody.

Suspicious Person, Higgo Road, Higgovale @ 04:10 on the 31 December 2013. Our monitoring centre recived an alarm signal. AR was dispatched as it was reported there were x2 males walking in the street. One ran away and the other was apprehended and handed over to SAPS for screening.

Medical, St Georges Mall, Cape Town @ 10:56 on the 31 December 2013. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting medical assistance. Medic1 was dispatched and on arrival reported a staff member had an allergic reaction to either an insect bite or something ingested orally as the right leg was severely swollen. The patient was requested to go to the nearest hospital immediately.

Malicous Damage to Property, Bellevue Street, Gardens @ 16:26 on the 2 January 2014. Our monitoring centre received multiple signals from the premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival requested client to come out as a proper check could not be done. A key holder arrived and it was discovered the back door had been forced open with a spade. It was confirmed nothing had been taken and SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

AR was dispatched and on arrival requested client to come out as a proper check could not be done. Client arrived and it was found that the premises had been burgled as access had been gained via an open window and a flat screen television had been taken. SAPS were informed but the client stated he would report the incident himself.
