Theft out of motor vehicle, Corner Vriende and Hiddingh, Gardens @ 08:15 on the 26/04/2013. While on patrol CBAR Security Officer identified someone breaking into a vehicle. The Security Officer arrested the suspect who was in possession of a laptop. SAPS was dispatched, upon arrival the suspect was taken into custody.

Housebreaking, Kloof Street, Gardens @ 07:15 on the 27/04/2013. The Central Monitoring Centre received an alarm signal. Armed Response was dispatched. Upon arrival they reported a positive break-in, access was gained by smashing a side window. Clothing was stolen from the premises. SAPS were notified for further follow-up.
