Common Theft, Albert Road, Woodstock @ 15:19 on the 17th July 2023. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a male suspect had stolen a cell phone. While fleeing the scene he jumped over the railing of a bridge breaking both his legs in the fall. Emergency Services were dispatched and the suspect was escorted to Groote Schuur Hospital.
