Common Theft – Upper Maynard Street Gardens at 15:46 on the 01st December 2017. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the client had caught a suspect stealing plants from the premises. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft - Brickfield Road, Salt River at 04:03 on the 2nd December 2017. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. The window to the left of the front door had been smashed whereby access was gained. An undisclosed amount of garments were taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft –Poyser Estate, Poyser Road Tamboerskloof - At 05:57 on the 03rd December 2017. Our monitoring centre received a phone-in response from Combat Force guard reporting the premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a female guest had woken up and found an intruder inside the house who had then robbed her of her belongings. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Theft – The Troll House 2 Gordon Street Gardens - At 12:18 on the 04th December 2017. Our monitoring centre received a call from a client requesting assistance. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a male had been apprehended for stealing. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.

Attempted Housebreaking- Leeuwendal Crescent Gardens- At 07h30 on the 06th December 2017. Our monitoring centre received alarm activation and keyholder was contacted who reported that he had checked the premises and find nothing out of order confirmed with correct password the vehicle were cancelled. Client contacted the monitoring centre later during the morning to report that there was indeed an intruder on the property whereby the outside beam had been covered with a t-shirt. No entry was gained.
