Housebreak In & Theft, Kloof Street, Gardens @ 09:12 on the 12th August 2017. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting AR as the premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported there were no signs of forced entry. Items taken were a DJ station, decoder and an amp. SAPS were dispatched but failed to arrive. Signals had been received the previous evening and the premises was checked with the client and all was found to be in order.

Housebreak In & Theft, Cnr Scott & Buitenkant Street, Gardens @ 02:30 on the 15th August 2017. Our monitoring centre received a report from the AR that they had been informed by a member of the public that a premises had been burgled. SAPS were informed.

Attempted Theft Out of Motor Vehicle, Prince Street, Gardens @ 02:33 on the 15th August 2017. Our monitoring centre received a report from the AR that while patrolling they came across two males breaking into a white Ford Ranger. One suspect ran away but the other was apprehended inside the vehicle. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.

Malicious Damage to Property, Hildene Road, Tamboerskloof @ 03:34 on the 16th August 2017. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting the premises was burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the kitchen window was broken but nothing was taken as no access had been gained. SAPS were also on scene. No alarm signals we received. As per the client that part of the house was not protected by the alarm.
