Theft, Bree Street, Cape Town @ 08:46 on the 16th June 2017. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the on-site security had apprehended a 27 year old male suspect for stealing various items from the store room. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.

Attempted Break In & Assault, Strand Street, Woodstock @ 15:42 on the 17th June 2017. Our monitoring centre received multiple panic alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival requested SAPS. AR reported as per the security officer from a neighbouring premises - he had heard sounds. Upon investigation he found suspects trying to gain access through the roof. The suspects then attacked the officer and fled when AR arrived on scene. The officer was escorted to hospital. The AR checked the premises and reported there were no damages. The CMC were unable to reach any of the key holders.

Housebreak In & Theft, Kloof Street, Gardens @ 07:51 on the 19th June 2017. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access had been gained via a window which had been removed from its frame. A laptop and other items were taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, St Quinton’s Road, Gardens @ 16:48 on the 21st June 2017. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. When calling, the client confirmed everything was fine. The client called back a few minutes later requesting the AR and SAPS as the premises may have been burgled as a window was broken. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported it looked as if access was gained from the side alley and suspects entered through the main bedroom window. As per the client nothing had been taken. SAPS also did not arrive and the client stated he would report the incident himself. At 20:31 the client called in to report his laptop had been taken and SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Theft, Plantation Road, Devils Peak @ 02:47 on the 22nd June 2017. Our monitoring centre received multiple alarm signals from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival checked premises with the client. It was found that a part of the electric fence on the De Waal Drive side had been bent back and items of clothing were taken from the washing line.There was no need for SAPS.
