Motor Vehicle Break In, Myrtle Street, Vredehoek @ 09:50 on the 21 October 2016. Our monitoring centre received a report that a vehicle had been broken into. A laptop and navy blue tog bag had been taken from a white Volkswagen Polo which was parked in the street.

Housebreak In & Theft, Wexford Road, Vredehoek @ 12:51 on the 21 October 2016. Our monitoring centre received a report from DPV Neighbourhood Watch of a break in in progress. AR and SAPS were dispatched and on arrival reported that the tenant had been in the street when the suspect was spotted inside the premises. Suspects fled in a silver bakkie in the direction of De Waal Drive. Only a laptop was reported missing at the time.

Malicious Damage to Property, Loop Street, Cape Town @ 13:56 on the 22 October 2016. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting the premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported one of the workers had been on the third floor when a loud noise was heard. Upon investigation it was found that three doors had been forced/kicked open. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Rael Street, Tamboerskloof @ 10:07 on the 23 October 2016. Our monitioring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access had been gained via a kitchen window. A garden chair had been placed under the window and a small hole was made in the glass to lift the latch. A 40” television was removed from its bracket in the lounge as well as a smaller television. As per the client the suspects left via a sliding door. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Chamberlain Street, Woodstock @ 14:19 on the 24 October 2016. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. Access had been gained by forcing the security gate and front door open with a crow bar. Client could not confirm what had been taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. Access had been gained via an open balcony window and three laptops had been taken. Housebreak In & Theft, Davenport Road, Vredehoek @ 01:17 on the 28 October 2016. Our monitoring centre received a phone in panic alarm stating there was an intruder in the house. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the client had woken up to the sound of smashing glass whereby access had been gained through a bedroom window. As per the client the suspect had cut himself before fleeing the scene. Three packets of disposable nappies were found in the back yard but nothing had been taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation. DPV were also informed.
