Housebreak In & Theft, Albert Road, Salt River @ 04:32 on the 15 October 2016. Our monitoring centre received multiple alarm signals from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled. Access had been gained by breaking the glass window on the right side of the shop. Items taken were 50 pairs of sneakers, 25 hoodies, 25 T-shirts, 25 polo shirts and 25 crew necks. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Leeukloof Drive, Tamboerskloof @ 10:27 on the 15 October 2016. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting an apartment on the premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported contractors had worked on the balcony earlier. There were no signs of forced entry as a window was left open.  Items taken were an Apple laptop, television, I pad, I Phone, Canon camera and a briefcase.  SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access had been gained via the bathroom window and a laptop and camera had been taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Theft, Cnr Varsity and St Micheal’s Road, Tamboerskloof @ 16:47 on the 15 October 2016. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a suspect had been seen pushing a wheelie bin containing monitors and projectors. SAPS and AR were dispatched and on arrival at Jan van Riebeeck’s sports field reported the suspect had gained access by smashing  a classroom window of the primary school. Suspect fled the scene.

Housebreak In & Theft, Warren Street, Tamboerskloof @ 11:28 on the 15 October 2016. Our monitoring centre received a call from Watchcomm that there was an intruder on a premises. AR was dispatched and arrival reported the access point was unknown as the premises was not locked due to the client and children being home on the upper level.  Client had gone downstairs and smelt a strange odour whereupon an unfamiliar pair of takkies was found lying on the floor. The client rushed back upstairs and called Watchcomm as she was unable to press the panic. Suspect took the car and house keys as well as a diabetes scanner before fleeing. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Sir Lowry Road, Woodstock @ 11:20 on the 18 October 2016. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access had been gained via the alley way at the back of the premises. Suspects entered through an unlocked gate and scaled the wall into the courtyard. They then forced open the security gate and door to the storeroom and took a ladder and a set of curtains. They also broke the toilet window and forced open the burglar bars but did not enter. SAPS had already been in attendance prior to the client informing CBAR.

Domestic Violence, Hope Street, Gardens @ 08:06 on the 20 October 2016. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a male and female were physically fighting and requested Emergency Services and SAPS as the female had been badly beaten.
