Housebreak In & Theft, Hildene Road, Tamboerskloof @ 12:47 on the 8 October 2016. Our monitoring centre received multiple alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival requested a key holder to come out in order to do a proper check.  A proper check was conducted and it was found the premises had been burgled. Access had been gained via a small back window and a laptop, camera and clothing were taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Attempted Assault, Quarry Hill Road, Tamboerskloof @ 22:30 on the 9 October 2016. An on-site guard at a complex was threatened by a vagrant wielding a broken glass bottle as a weapon. The guard ran away for assistance to a neighbouring complex. The guard there then pressed the panic and the AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the suspect had fled. A call was received from a tenant residing in another complex reporting the suspect was hiding in the bushes. AR searched the area and gave chase and the suspect was apprehended. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.

Robbery, Hopeville Street, Gardens @ 06:48 on the 12 October 2016. Our monitoring centre received multiple panic alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a female jogger had been robbed outside the premises by two males. Her backpack containing running equipment, I phone and keys was taken. SAPS were informed and AR searched the area but no one was found.

Motor Vehicle Break In, Warren Street, Tamboerskloof OB @ 04:28 on the 13 October 2016. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a brown Renault which was parked on the street had been broken into. The owner would report the incident to SAPS themselves.

Housebreak In & Theft, Victoria Walk, Woodstock @ 15:24 on the 13 October 2016. Our monitoring centre rceived a call reporting a break in in progress. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the neighbour, when she had arrived home she saw a male outside the open garage with electrical appliances in the doorway. She went into her home and when she came out the suspect and the appliances were gone. The client arrived and confirmed the premises was being rented out and the tenant was overseas. He could not confirm what had been taken and secured the garage. The alarm had not activated.
