Medical, Bridle Road, Oranjezicht @ 09:00 on the 18 July 2016. Our monitoring centre received a report from Medic 1 that a builder had fallen from a ladder and sustained injuries to his head. Emergency Services were dispatched and the patient was taken to Cape Town Medi Clinic.

Medic 1 was dispatched and on arrival reported a female employee suffering from hypertension had fainted and hurt herself. Emergency Services were dispatched and the patient was taken to Somerset Hospital.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported no access had been gained onto the premises. However the power box outside had been damaged causing the electricity to be cut.

Housebreak In & Theft, Trek Road, Higgovale @ 14:04 on the 19 July 2016. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting the premises had been burgled. No alarm signals had been received. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access had been gained through the kitchen window. There was uncertainty as to whether the alarm had been armed or not. Two of the outside beams was obscured by clothing. Items taken were x2 flat screen televisions (49 & 54 inch), an Ipad and a camera. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

MVA, Buitenkant Street, Gardens @ 18:59 on the 19 July 2016. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a motorbike had ridden into a stationary vehicle parked in front of the premises and upon wanting to ride away had collided with another vehicle. SAPS were on scene and there was no need for Emergency Services as there were no injuries.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled as the front door had been forced open. Items taken were T-shirts and caps. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Trespassing, Breda Street, Gardens @ 21:29 on the 21 July 2016. Our monitoring centre received a report from DPV Watch that there was someone on a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival apprehended the intruder. SAPS were dispatched who gave the intruder a warning and let him go.
