Assault, Ben Avenue, High Cape, Devils Peak @ 18:36 on the 8 July 2016. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting AR to be on the lookout for a male wearing dark clothing and a navy rain coat as he had attacked and stabbed their domestic in the hand. There was no need for Emergency Services as the client transported the domestic to hospital.

Common Theft, Derry Street, Vredehoek @ 20:00 on the 8 July 2016. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a patron’s hand bag had been stolen. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Robbery & Assault, Braemar Road, Oranjezicht @ 21:02 on the 8 July 2016. Our monitoring centre received multiple alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a member of the public had been robbed and assaulted in front of the client’s premises. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Leeukloof Drive, Tamboerskloof @ 10:49 on the 9 July 2016. Our monitoring centre received a report form the AR that while patrolling he had been informed that a premises had been burgled. The garage had been forced open and two bicycles were taken. No signals were received as that area was not alarmed.

Housebreak In & Theft, Strathcona Road, Oranjezicht @ 09:34 on the 11 July 2016. Our monitoring centre received multiple alarm signals from a premises. AR was dispatched and reported the premises was checked with the house sitter and all seemed to be in order. The alarm continued to activate and the client confirmed he would liaise with the house sitter to reset it. The house sitter called back a while later stating the premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and reported access had been gained via the flatlet toilet window which had been closed on the previous check. Suspect had taken a pair of Addidas sneakers, black back pack, Nikon camera and a bed lamp. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Attempted Housebreak In & Theft, Clifford Avenue, Highlands Estate @ 13:51 on the 11 July 2016. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting someone had tried to break in. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the dining room window pane had been removed. Suspects had also tried to open a top window. No access had been gained as nothing was taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Motor Vehicle Break In, Vredehoek Avenue, Gardens @ 04:47 on the 11 July 2016. Our monitoring centre received a report from the AR that while patrolling they found that the left back passenger window of a white Honda Jazz parked near to the Seven Eleven store had been smashed. SAPS were informed.

Fire, Justice Walk, Zonnebloem @ 22:42 on the 13 July 2016. Our monitoring centre received a a call reporting there had been a fire in the alley way next to a premises which had caused damage to the roof and side windows. Fire and Rescue had been in attendance as well as SAPS.
