Theft, Bridle Road, Oranjeizicht @ 13:54 on the 19 December 2015. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the gardener had been caught stealing money from the client’s wallet. SAPS were dispatched and the suspect was taken into custody.

Housebreak In & Theft, Pine Avenue, Vredehoek @ 21:29 on the 20 December 2015. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglar alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported as per the client the premises had been burgled. The client stated he had gone to the shop and was away for less than fifteen minutes. Access had been gained via the right hand side alley window and a television and PC monitor had been taken. Suspects then exited the property via the left hand side sliding door. There was no need for SAPS as he would file charges in the morning.

Theft (non-client), Alexander Avenue, Oranjezicht @ 10:50 on the 21 December 2015. Our monitoring centre received a report from DPV NHW that a male was walking with a wheelie bin in Alexander Avenue. AR was dispatched to investigate. While conducting his patrol AR located the suspect in Jagersfontein Lane (off Jagersfontein Avenue), SAPS were dispatched and arrested the suspect.

Assault, Rosebank Place, Oranjezicht @ 21:30 on the 21 December 2015. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting an assault whereby the client's boyfriend had been stabbed by an intoxicated displaced person. Victim was taken to hospital for further follow-up.

Theft Out of Motor Vehicle, Bloem Street, Bo Kaap @ 04:25 on the 24 December 2015. Our monitoring centre received multiple panic alarms from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the client had seen two suspects breaking into a vehicle and taking a boom box. There was no need for SAPS as the owner did not want to lay charges.
