Housebreak In & Theft, Kenmore Road, Tamboerskloof @ 22:57 on the 25 September 2015. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting that when they had arrived home from being away it was discovered the premises had been burgled. Access had been gained via the right hand side back door and a television and a PC tower had been taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Theft, Buitenkant Street, Gardens @ 02:49 on the 26 September 2015. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a staff member's handbag had been stolen via an open side window. There was no need for SAPS as they did not want to lay charges.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access had been gained via the back office and two old computers had been taken. There was no need for SAPS as they did not want to lay charges.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the side gate had been forced open and a window which had no burglar bars had been smashed to gain access. It could not be established what had been taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Malicious Damage to Property, Sir Lowry Road, Woodstock @ 13:36 on the 28 September 2015. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting that there was an attempted break-in at a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival made contact with the owner and confirmed that sometime over the weekend the safety gate was removed and an attempt was made on the front door. No access was gained, therefore no signals received. SAPS were notified for further investigation.

Attempted Housebreaking, Jutland Avenue, Devils Peak @ 13:54 on the 28 September 2015. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting there was a suspect on the premises attempting to gain access. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the suspect had fled the scene. As he ran off he dropped his Nokia cellphone, which was handed over to SAPS on their arrival.

Suicide, Hope Street, Gardens @ 06:52 on the 30 September 2015. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting that that one of the tenants had hung themself. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a 35 year old male was DOA. SAPS and Emergency Services were dispatched for further investigation.

AR was dispatched and reported after checking premises with client it was found that the back door had been forced open and a 55 inch flat screen television had been taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.
