Housebreak In & Theft, Frank Avenue, Highlands Estate @ 18:54 on the 27 February 2015. Our monitoring centre received multiple burglary signals from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the premises had been burgled as the sliding gate had been derailed and the front door broken. Items taken were a flat screen television, a laptop and jewelry. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Malicious Damage to Property, Buitenkant Street, Cape Town @ 18:02 on the 28 February 2015. Our monitoring centre received burglary signals from a premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the front door was damaged and standing open but the safety gate was still intact. There was no need for SAPS as no entry had been gained.

Housebreak In & Theft, Vernon Terrace, Zonnebloem @ 07:45 on the 1 March 2015. Our monitoring centre rceived an alarm activation from a premises. When calling, the tenant requested AR as it was discovered the premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the garage door had been forced open and a mountain bicycle and a bag had been taken. There was no need for SAPS. (The alarm had first activated at 07:34 where the client had confirmed all was in order.)

Housebreak In & Theft, Sir Lowry Road, Woodstock @ 07:51 on the 2 March 2015. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting that on the arrival at a premises, the roller shutter door had been found halfway open. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a battery had been removed from one of the vehicles parked on the premises. It was confirmed that an SMS had been received from the tracking company stating that a battery had been disconnected. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Leeuwendal Crescent ,Tamboerskloof @ 17:39 on the 3 March 2015. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting a premises had been broken into. The only signal received prior was an AC failure. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported entry had been gained via the front sliding door. It could not be established what had been taken. As per a neighbour, earlier in the day three men had arrived in a mini cooper. One had remained in the vehicle while the other two entered the premises. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Attempted Break In, Balfour Street, Woodstock @ 15:32 on the 4 March 2015. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance as it seemed the premises had been burgled. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the burglar gate had been forced open with what looked like a crow bar. The front door was still locked. No signals were received and there was no need for SAPS.
