Housebreak In & Theft, Hof Street, Gardens @ 12:47 on the 31 January 2014. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting noises had been heard from the neighbouring premises. AR was dispatched and on arival reported two coloured males had been seen leaving the premises carrying some items. The area was searched but no one was found. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Glencoe Road West, Higgovale @ 21:06 on the 31 January 2014. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting AR. The client was in Johannesburg and her domestic had informed her that due to the constant barking of the dogs she had gone up to the main house to investigate. The domestic found two coloured males inside the house. One of the suspects was armed and chased her. She managed to run away to the neighbour's premises and then notified the client. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported SAPS also stood down. The mobile gate had been broken and the front door forced open. It could not be established what had been taken.

Attempted Housebreak In & Theft, Davenport Road, Vredehoek @ 03:25 on the 5 February 2014. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the client had seen a white male trying to access the neighbour's premises. The suspect fled when he was spotted. AR seached the area but no one was found.

Malicious Damage To Property, Breda Street, Gardens @ 03:39 on the 5 February 2014. Our monitoring centre received a call in alarm reporting multiple signals from the premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported the front window had been smashed. The premises was checked with the client who confirmed nothing had been taken. SAPS were informed.

Theft, Sidmouth Avenue, Oranjezicht @ 12:27 on the 6 February 2014. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting AR who was dispatched and on arrival reported a black female had entered the premises pretending to be a council worker. She then grabbed a lap top and ran off. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.
