Attempted Housebreak In & Theft, Roseberry Avenue, Oranjezicht @ 20:15 on the 8 November 2013. Our monitoring centre received multiple panic alarms from the above premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported x2 males had tried to gain access to the premises by forcing the front door open. They took off in a yellow Mercedes Benz when they realised there were people home. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Woodburn Crescent, Oranjezicht @ 14:30 on the 9 November 2013. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting the premises, which was a building site, had been burgled. There was no need for AR and the owner would report the matter to SAPS himself.

Attempted Housebreak In & Theft, Earl Street, Woodstock @ 00:09 on the 11 November 2013. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance as it was suspected there may be someone on the premises as the dogs were barking continuously. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported someone had tried to gain access to the garage as the door had been damaged. There was no need for SAPS.

Armed Robbery, Whitford Road, Bo Kaap @ 01:59 on the 12 November 2013. Our monitoring centre received a call requesting assistance as x4 black males had broken into the pemises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported access had been gained via the back door. The owner had been held at gun point as a computer, a painting and a big screen television was taken. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

AR was dispatched and on arrival reported a guest had left the gates open which had allowed unwanted visitors to enter the premises and remove some items as per the video footage. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.

Housebreak In & Theft, Marmion Road, Oranjezicht @ 10:36 on the 13 November 2013. Our monitoring centre received a call reporting the premises had been burgled. It could not be established as to when the burglary had occurred as the owner was in Johannesburg and it would be reported to SAPS at a later stage. Acces had been gained via the front door and a laptop was taken.

Theft, Adderley Street, Cape Town @ 20:05 on the 14 November 2013. Our monitoring centre received a panic alarm from the premises. AR was dispatched and on arrival reported x4 females had entered the foyer and exchanged one of their handbags with a guest's handbag which contained an ostrich egg, sunglasses and a Samsung Galaxy S1. SAPS were dispatched for further investigation.
